Video-based website HorseHero.com has been nominated for a Y Design Award. The website which was designed and developed by Sequence has been shortlisted for Best Design of a Community Website.

Launched in May 2008, Horse Hero.com provides an invaluable insight on camera into the lives of top equestrians enabling users to improve their knowledge on how to care for horses. Ben Minton, Senior Creative Designer at Sequence said: "It’s fantastic news that Horse Hero has been recognised for its design and creativity. We have always felt that the site is a great example of how Web 2.0 concepts can help connect and educate a community of users, and this award nomination now confirms that."

Part of London Design Festival, the Y Design awards celebrate the UK's leading creative talent demonstrated through the use of digital technology. The nomination marks the second time that Sequence has been shortlisted for a Y Design. In 2006 the digital agency was nominated for Best Game Design for the online gaming work it completed for the popular BBC series, Doctor Who.
